On October 4, 1991, Plaintiff Cabot Corporation ("Cabot") filed this motion for a preliminary injunction against one of its former employees, Defendant Gregory King ("King") and Defendant Sid Richardson Carbon & Gasoline Company ("Sid Richardson").
