A jury convicted appellant, who was certified to stand trial as an adult, for murder and assessed punishment at life in prison and a $10,000.00 fine. By three points of error, appellant complains that the trial court erred in allowing a witness to testify after that witness heard the testimony of another witness and in admitting evidence illegally seized.
