OVARD, Justice.

We withdraw our opinion of January 6, 1992, and vacate our judgment of that date. This is now the Court's opinion.

This case requires us to decide whether a worker's application for and acceptance of workers' compensation benefits for an injury bars intentional tort and strict liability causes of action against his employer for the same injury.
