Raul Castro appeals a Workers' Compensation Court rehearing decision in which the court found that the appellant had been permanently and partially disabled as a result of an injury during the course of his employment with appellee Gillette Group, Inc., doing business as Packerland. The court further found that claimant was entitled to future medical services, but had not sufficiently established that pain therapy was reasonably necessary treatment...
