WALSH, Justice:

The appellant, Dennis Black, appeals from his conviction of attempted murder first degree following a jury trial in the Superior Court. He advances two claims of error: the refusal of the trial court to suppress a witness's statement as involuntary and improper comments by the prosecutor which prejudiced Black's right to a fair trial.
