KRAHULIK, Justice.

Trevor T. Nunn (Defendant-Appellant) was found guilty by a jury of murder, a class A felony, Ind. Code § 35-42-1-1(1). He received a sentence of 51 years. In this direct appeal, Nunn raises the following issues:

(1) Whether the trial court erred in denying a new trial based upon newly-discovered evidence; (2) Whether the trial court erred in denying the introduction of impeaching evidence of a State's witness;
