In this appeal we are called upon to determine whether the executors of an estate should be surcharged for: expenditures for taxes, insurance and maintenance for real property pending the sale of the property; payment of real estate broker's commissions paid to an executor who also served as a real estate broker; and attorney fees paid to the estate's attorney. We conclude that the trial court did not err in refusing to surcharge the executors. Therefore...
