Thomas P. Bauer filed two worker's compensation claims against employer, Custom Trailer Repair Inc. The first alleged neck injury which occurred on January 10, 1990. The second alleged a reinjury of the neck on July 6, 1990. In the first claim, employee alleged he "[i]njured [his] neck while lifting transmission onto a dolly" on January 10, 1990. In the second claim employee alleged he "[i]njured [his] neck while lifting starter motors for diesel engines...
