The Court has before it defendant Secretary of Health and Human Services Opposition to Plaintiff's Application for Attorney's Fees Under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412 (EAJA). The defendant claims that the Application for Attorney's Fees is untimely. In addition the defendant asserts that the requested fees should be reduced, as much of the legal work documented by the plaintiff is excessive...
