This appeal presents the question of whether a warranty dispute between a contractor and an owner is subject to mandatory arbitration under the terms of the parties' contract. The trial court found a duty to arbitrate under the agreement and denied appellant's request for a temporary injunction of pending arbitration proceedings. The court abated the law suit and referred the dispute to arbitration. Appellant challenges this interlocutory order...
