On March 2, 1992, defendant Wilbart McCoy, Jr. entered a guilty plea to count two of a two-count indictment. Defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm During a Drug Trafficking crime, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1). At the plea proceeding, defendant admitted that he knowingly possessed a handgun (a R.G.
