The instant action alleges a multi-party scheme to defraud in violation of several provisions of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., Delaware's Fraudulent Conveyances Act, 6 Del.C. § 1301 et seq., and common law fraud.
