The defendant, Lawrence Flintroy, appeals from a judgment ordering him to pay an increased amount of child support for his minor son. The defendant contends the trial court erred in finding a substantial change in circumstances warranting the increase in child support. He also argues the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion for a directed verdict based upon the assertion that no change in circumstances was shown. We affirm that portion...
