Defendants Jill Christianson and Jan's Vans filed motions to dismiss plaintiff Deborah Jean Dennis' lawsuit. Defendants claimed they were entitled to dismissal, due to untimely service, because they were not served with original notices of the filing of Dennis' petition until over two and one-half years after the petition was filed.
