This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County which sustained appellees' amended preliminary objections and dismissed appellants' complaint. This case arises out of the purchase of a single family residence by appellants, James and Daria Bowman, through appellees, Weichert Realtors and Barry Starke, the seller's broker and agent. We affirm.
