These cross-appeals by Utica Mutual Insurance Company (Utica) and Bausch & Lomb, Inc. (B & L) are from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County in a declaratory judgment action brought by Utica, in which B & L had filed a counterclaim for damages for breach of contract.
