Cases No. 73,646 and 76,300 are consolidated here for disposition by a single opinion. Both appeals arise from a lawsuit filed in Oklahoma County district court. Plaintiff sued for extortion, loss of corporate opportunity and fraud. The trial court sustained Defendant Reherman's motion to dismiss and summary judgment was granted to Defendant Higgins.
