This is an appeal from a Superior Court judgment directing a verdict for the defendants, Robert E. and Paula Briskin (Briskins), and in favor of the plaintiffs, Richard Grant, Robert Davidson, and Frank Oliveira (Oliveira), doing business as 177 Associates (177 Associates), on the Briskins' counterclaim.
