On appeal the defendant has filed three assignments of error: (1) the trial court erred in that the sentence imposed was excessive; (2) the trial court erred in allowing the State to systematically exclude minorities from the jury; and (3) the trial court erred in overruling any and all of defendant's objections during the trial. Assignment of Error Number 3 has not been briefed and therefore is abandoned under Uniform Rules-Courts...
