Appellants Nancy Franklin (Franklin) and her daughter, Christine Carroll (Carroll) through her mother as "next friend" brought this action against appellee Andrew Hill (Hill), Carroll's former highschool teacher, for seduction of a daughter, under OCGA § 51-1-16.
