WEISBERGER, Justice.
This case comes before us on the defendant's appeal from a judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff in the Superior Court based on his action for breach of contract and negligence. At the close of the evidence the defendant moved for a directed verdict. The trial justice denied the motion, and the defendant raises this issue in support of its appeal. We affirm.
