The present suit arises out of the alleged mismanagement of trust assets by the trustees' failure to sell declining shares of stock before they became worthless. Trust beneficiaries Vernon and Lacey Neuhaus appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment rendered against them and in favor of cotrustees Grace Neuhaus Richards and Robert Schwarz, and in favor of the Atlas & Hall law firm, and Morris Atlas, on the Neuhauses...
