Richard Lanfear, Relator, seeks a writ of mandamus, complaining of two orders by the Honorable Robert Blackmon, presiding judge of the 117th district court. Both orders were sanctions in response to perceived discovery abuses and perjury. The first struck certain defenses and a counterclaim, and awarded attorney's fees.
