PER CURIAM.

The people appeal by leave granted a circuit court order that affirmed a district court order granting defendant's motion to suppress. We reverse.

The facts are undisputed. In September 1988, the Mundy Township Police Department was asked by James Horton to make periodic "vacation checks" of a residence at 9512 S. Linden Road.
