Moses P. Rodriguez entered a plea of no contest to an amended charge of aggravated trafficking, a violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(6), which is an aggravated felony of the second degree, and to a firearm specification to that charge. The trial court found him guilty and imposed consecutive sentences of four to fifteen years on the principal charge, three years of which was actual incarceration, and three years' actual incarceration on the firearm specification...
