The appellant Naomi Taubman appeals from her conviction after a jury trial of thirty-four counts of selling securities without a license and selling unregistered securities in violation of R.C. 1707.44(A) and 1707.44(C)(1).

Taubman has raised three assignments of error in this appeal. In her first assignment she contends "it was prejudicial misconduct for the prosecution to elicit evidence that individuals lost money as a result of their loans...
