Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Fifth Circuit.

Writ Granted March 26, 1993.

Larry J. Radosta, Ferdinand M. Lob, Gretna, for plaintiffs/appellees.

Jesse L. Wimberly, III, Mandeville, for defendant/appellant.

Before BOWES, WICKER and GOTHARD, JJ.
