In this appeal from the August 27, 1991, order sustaining the preliminary objections of appellee Pennswood Village, appellants Carl A. Lindstrom and Virginia K. Lindstrom, husband and wife, contend that the trial court erred in dismissing all but one of their causes of action, and granting leave to amend within thirty days as to the remaining claim.
