Continental Health Care, Ltd. (Continental) entered into a settlement agreement with James J. Lehman (Lehman) and Medical Electronics Co., Inc. (MECO) to resolve the parties' dispute in litigation instituted in the Federal district court. Continental later obtained a money judgment from Lehman and MECO pursuant to the settlement agreement. Lehman and MECO then attempted to obtain relief...
