Steven M. Halstien, a juvenile, was convicted of second degree burglary with a finding of sexual motivation. He appeals the finding of sexual motivation, contending that the trial court erred in admitting the victim's testimony regarding her prior contacts with him and a police officer's testimony that a liquid found on a picture frame in the victim's house could have been semen. He asserts that these cumulative errors deprived him of a fair trial...
