This is an appeal from an order issued by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which dismissed a suit by a party seeking to obtain a transcript of a hearing before the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Board of Review. Because the trial court properly found that the material sought was exempt from disclosure, we affirm.
