Appellant Gene Snesrud seeks review of the trial court's denial of his wrongful discharge action against his former employer, Instant Web. Snesrud alleges he was discharged in retaliation for seeking workers' compensation benefits, in violation of Minn. Stat. § 176.82 (1986).
