Appellants appeal from the granting of summary judgment by the trial court. Briefly, the trial court was of the opinion that appellants' suit against appellee Y.M.C.A. was barred by the Recreation Use of Land and Water Act (hereinafter RULWA), 68 P.S. § 477-1 et seq.
