OK Oil, Inc., sued Sewell seeking to enjoin him from violating a restrictive covenant which allegedly encumbered certain real property he had recently purchased. According to the complaint, this covenant "granted and conveyed unto [OK Oil] for thirty years the exclusive right to provide gasoline and diesel fuel for retail sales at the said location. . . ."
