Reginald Elbert Tweed appeals from a Cass County District Court judgment of conviction for murder. We affirm.

On October 24, 1991, Tweed was found guilty by a jury of class AA felony murder and theft of property and was sentenced to life in prison on October 25, 1991. His appeal presents this Court with two issues: 1) whether or not the trial court erred in failing to instruct the jury on the lesser included offense of negligent homicide...
