BARAJAS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a denial of a misdemeanor post-conviction writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to Tex. Code Crim. Pro.Ann. art. 11.09 (Vernon 1977). In a single point of error, Appellant argues the district court erred in denying the relief sought because the county court erred in allegedly "amending" the sentence previously assessed against Appellant.1 We overrule Appellant's point of error and...
