PER CURIAM.

Jan Schmidt appealed from a summary judgment dismissing her action for wrongful termination of employment. We reverse and remand for a trial on the merits.

Jan was employed as the Deputy Clerk of the District Court of Ramsey County in June 1984. The Clerk of the District Court, Vicki Haman, was Jan's immediate supervisor.
