Glendal Ray Luna, appellant, was tried by jury for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (methamphetamine), in violation of Section 2-402 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes in Case No. CRF-86-176 in the District Court of Pittsburgh County before the Honorable Robert A. Layden, District Judge. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and set punishment at eight (8) years...
