Toni Kleidosty was an employee of Rolscreen Company in its Oskaloosa, Iowa, plant when she pled guilty to delivery of cocaine, a class "C" felony. Rolscreen fired Kleidosty for violating a company rule that prohibited "illegal, immoral, or indecent" conduct by its employees.
