This is an appeal from an order entered September 23, 1991, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Arkansas arising out of the bankruptcy of Larry D. Gould. Mr. Gould appeals from the entry of the order which denied confirmation of his Chapter 13 plan and ruled that he was ineligible to proceed as a debtor under Chapter 13.
