In March 1985, a vehicle driven by Nikki Ridenour was struck by a vehicle driven by Thomas Searl while he was acting within the course and scope of his employment with Magic Chef, Inc. The accident occurred in Portage County, Ohio, and caused Ridenour to suffer severe and permanent injuries. Ridenour was a resident of Mogadore, Ohio, at the time of the collision. Magic Chef was a Delaware corporation and had its principal place of business in Cleveland...
