PER CURIAM:
THE FACTS
On December 16, 1988, a fire substantially damaged appellant's house and personal property contained therein. At the time of the fire, appellant held a homeowner's insurance policy from respondent, American Bankers Insurance Group. This policy contained conditions specifying appellant's obligations in case of loss. The conditions relevant to this case are as follows:
