Mercantil Intercontinental, Inc., and Kristina Estates Land Corporation appeal a final judgment of foreclosure insofar as it determined that a mortgage held by Generalbank was entitled to priority over Mercantil's and Kristina's mortgages on three lots in a subdivision. We reverse.
