Defendant, Elijah Alexander, was charged by bill of information with obscenity second offense. After a trial by jury, Alexander was found guilty as charged and subsequently sentenced to serve three years at hard labor, and to pay court costs. In default of paying court costs, Alexander is to serve 60 days concurrent with the three-year sentence.
