Larry Lee Jobe was convicted of two counts of murder in the first degree in the stabbing deaths of Debora Ritacco ("Ritacco") and her two-and-one-half year old daughter Andria Ritacco. Appellant was sentenced to two consecutive life terms for the murders. Appealing the judgment of conviction, appellant challenges the admission into evidence of portions of his statements to police, asserting a violation of Miranda v. Arizona,
