Pursuant to our prior grant of discretionary review, defendant, Anthony Jamison, challenges an order denying his motion to suppress evidence in a pending criminal prosecution. The issues on appeal are: (1) whether the warrant on which police officers relied in searching defendant's automobile was issued on a showing of probable cause; and (2) whether, if probable cause was lacking, the evidence is nevertheless admissible because the warrant was obtained...
