CAVANAUGH, Judge:

This is an appeal from an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Thiel College and Lambda Chi Alpha, Inc. For the reasons stated hereinafter, we affirm the order of the lower court.

The facts of this tragic case are as follows. The decedent, an eighteen year old freshman at Thiel College, was present at the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity house socializing with some fraternity...
