BROSKY, Judge.

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered following appellant's convictions for possession1 of and possession with the intent to deliver2 crack cocaine, a schedule II controlled substance.3 The sole issue presented for our review is whether the evidence was sufficient to sustain appellant's conviction for possession with the intent to deliver.
