Cyd Charrise Berger appeals from the July 30, 1991 trial court order denying her petition under the Post Conviction Hearing Act ("PCHA"), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 9541-9551 (Repealed April 13, 1988). In two separate informations she was charged with the first-degree murder of Robert Karcz, receiving stolen property, theft, conspiracy, robbery, credit card theft and hindering apprehension or prosecution.
