Although both parents in this divorce litigation originally sought custody of their minor child, they consented to a judgment awarding sole custody to the child's paternal uncle and aunt who had intervened in the action. Thereafter, the natural mother moved to change custody through a rule to show cause. Following a lengthy trial, the court denied the request for a change in custody.
